ALUNA is not an agency with departments. It is one person who designs, develops and supports each project from beginning to end, and who also maintains their own products.

No project starts by writing code. It starts by looking at how you work today: what gets written down by hand, what repeats every week, and which decision is always made on incomplete information.

    A one-hour conversation to understand the real work and decide whether this is a fit. It commits you to nothing.

    Written proposal

    Scope, deliverables, schedule and price before anything is built. If something does not fit the budget, you hear it there and not halfway through.

    Delivery in stages

    Each stage arrives working and usable. That is how the course gets corrected while correcting it is still cheap.

How projects are quoted.

Every project starts with a short framing stage and ends in a written proposal: scope, deliverables, schedule and price before anything is built.

The first conversation is simply to find out whether there is a fit. No work starts without an accepted written proposal.

Who is behind this

ALUNA is a person.

I am Borja Mayor Palonés. I design and develop websites, applications and digital systems. At ALUNA I build custom projects and products of my own, including ObradorApp, with one simple aim: turn complex work into clear tools that people can genuinely use and maintain.
